Jennifer Aniston Gets Star at Hollywood Walk of Fame

Jennifer Aniston gets her own star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.

The former F.R.I.E.N.D.S. star and Brad Pitt’s ex was finally given the prestigious Walk of Fame star located at 6270 Hollywood Blvd.
The 43-year-old actress said she was delighted to be honored in the place where she was born.
“It feels very surreal to be honest. I was born here and it’s sort of something you went and saw as a kid and got excited about just walking and seeing the names. To imagine that you’re going to be there is really special. It’s fun,” she said.
Jennifer Aniston gained worldwide recognition in the 1990s for portraying Rachel Green on the hit television series “Friends,” a role which earned her an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
She also appeared in several movies like “She’s the One” (1996), “Office Space” (1999), “The Good Girl” (2002), and “Friends with Money” (2006). She has had her greatest commercial successes with the films “Bruce Almighty” (2003), “The Break-Up” (2006), “Marley & Me” (2008), “Just Go with It” (2011), and “Horrible Bosses” (2011).
